Today's newspaper advertisingAs I have said before , I subscribe to all 4 Toronto Newspapers and I also unfortunately own a significant amount of Torstar B stock . Today The Toronto Star has 64 of what I would call large Ads . Several full page . The Globe and Mail has 47 ( more than normal ) , The Sun has 25 and the Financial Post had 17 ( That's a grand total of 42 for Post Media ) . Now all we need to do is to cut costs , get rid of all non performing assets , Improve the financial section ( The Globe is far and away the best ) and improve the Sports section . ( I would hire Steve Simmons away from the Toronto Sun . His column on Sundays is the best Sports journalism in Toronto by far ) .
