Aphria Inc. APHA

Aphria, which is headquartered in Ontario, produces and sells medicinal and recreational cannabis. The company operates through retail and wholesale channels in Canada and internationally. Aphria is a main distributor of medical cannabis to Germany and has operations in over 10 countries outside of Canada. However, it does not have exposure to the U.S. CBD or THC markets due to the constraints of federal prohibition. It has some U.S. exposure through the acquisition of SweetWater, a craft brewer

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Aphria to Release Earnings on Thursday Oct 5th
I posted a copy of my email from Carl below.

Anyway, it kind of got me thinking, with phase II online, they must of had an increase in fixed and operating costs. Maybe lower profits for this quarter due to higher costs? But that would also depend on how much inventory from phase II harvest they sold.. Any thoughts on this?

Mike

Thank you for your interest in Aphria.

We are expecting to release Q1 results on October 13th.

stupedaso wrote: Well CDNGeek said next Thursday here, and i've seen a couple links saying that too.  Another did say Friday the 13th as per IR.  So who knows.  The second week in Oct does make more sense from a historical perspective, but would be odd on Friday the 13th.  Though I'm not stupidstitious whatsoever anyway, so doesnt matter to me.  Just want another home run by Vic.

stupedaso wrote: I hear ya, it happens.  But lets hope Vic hits it outta the park again, then no one has a choice but to buy :)

CanadianGeek wrote: Should make for a fun week next week. The only problem I have with knowing the date is that it will turn into sell the news which always happens in this industry. We will probably go up nicely on Tuesday and Wednesday and then we will get great news and the stock might go down. I hate when that happens. Either way, I am really looking forward to seeing the numbers. I look forward to Blue explaining them in layman's terms even more! :)
