I am kind of reassured by the press release. First, finally something official. Second, there are no results are ready. I was worried that they know the result, but keeping it until after payment to ML.
Would they get bad results, but want to keep milking s/holders they would issue shares for payment while s/p is still above .05C even by issuing 10-30M more shares.
Now, it is more logical. They do not know it themselves and just like us sitting with their fingers crossed.
If results are good, they will get 1M with much less dilution. If not, at least they would have other options, not excluding bankruptsy or paying ML with shares instead of cash. ML would see that salar might be emply and agree for an amended terms.Otherwise they would owe empty salar with only some hope.
I knew SNL is a gamble, I just did not know what kind of gamble it is. Now I see, it is a casino, and we put on red while shorts put all on black....
I was worried that it is a hippodrom where all pre-determined and we are all put our money on horse that mafia wanted us to....
