Thanks for your questions. You should probably be asking your advisors these questions just to make certain. In any event, my understanding is as follows:

1. A buyout of all the shares of the company would be an event of default under the CVRs. The CVRs would not be null and void.
2. The CVRs would not then be converted into shares or cash.
3.  All CVRs (including the ones we will acquire) have the same rights.

Again, you should probably check with your own advisors to make certain that you understand these issues.
