Would North Roads store MJ from other companies, and distribute them to either dispensaries or government run stores? Or would they build a network of dispensaries if privatization was the chosen path for BC?

A little unclear of what the big picture would look like. Assuming sales license is granted...say next month... what would LIB be doing to generate revenue following July 2018?
