That means $ 180 million per year.

The US and MRS co-developed the product, and as part of that deal the US is allowed to have anyone make the product, including competitors to MRS. The US held a bid for this contract and MRS lost. MRS retains exclusive rights to sell outside US.

So if this is that same product, there is no meaningful revenue to MRS from those 30K units.
