The Company is an explorer advancing the Lynn Lake Nickel-Copper-Cobalt Sulfide Project in Manitoba, Canada, as well as the Mt Gilmore cobalt-copper-gold (Mt Gilmore) and Miriam nickel Sulfide projects (Miriam) in Australia. The Lynn Lake Nickel-Copper-Cobalt Sulfide Project is a significant Class-1 nickel resource. The Mt Gilmore Project is located 35 kilometers from the city of Grafton in north-eastern New South Wales. The Company owns an 80% interest in Mt Gilmore. Mt Gilmore is focused on multiple rare, cobalt-rich sulfide deposits, similar to Cobalt Ridge. RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Good stuff CZN.The warrants at 35 cents expired July 31 and not in the money. I know because I had some.
What I was referring to is the Restricted Share Units.

Here is an excerpt from the 2015 MD&A:

Share-based compensation was $124,000 for the year ended December 31, 2015 versus $23,000 for the comparative year. The increase is due to issuing 3,650,000 Restricted Share Units to senior officers and 276,340 Deferred Share Units to directors both issued in conjunction with a reduction in the cash component of compensation paid to such senior officers and directors.
