It could happen. (Hopefully not).
At the 37 minute mark of the recent Ellis Martin Report Don stated the following. 
 
"If we are unable to get an offtake agreement, there could be a possible Joint Development".
Our Company is extremely undervalued and we're not about to let somebody steal our Company. We are not interested in selling. We want to build this mine, and the plant for the secondary processing.
