Any idea why the US symbol (CVALF) shows a last trade of .25

Any idea why the US symbol (CVALF) shows a last trade of .25Maybe someone didn't use a limit order and got totally screwed? And I wonder if it's possible to pick up some shares at that price. Sure plays havoc with the value of my portfolio!
