Price got fired because he was billing taxpayers for a number of trips he was taking, some of which didn't have much if anything to do with his job......Trump was apparently furious and canned him.....

There are two likely possibilities re. changes to Obamacare:

1) Moderate Dems and GOP members of Congress get together and make modifications to it to try and improve it.

2) GOP tries once again to ram major changes through Congress with just 50 of 100 votes (with VP Pence casting the tie-breaking vote in favour) via budget reconciliation measures in 2018.

GOP is focused on tax reform right now, so hard to tell which of the above routes will be tried.....
