One last message to you coffee. Stop wasting my time and trying to influence others.

All companies have liabilities. Especially a new mine producer. Duh!!!!!!

IMO...did you get that!!! IMO...Bayhorse Silver will pay back liabilities OVER TIME, while they are PRODUCING and have cash flow happening. There is no time limit like you are suggesting where cash money raised has to be used to pay long term liabilities now!!!  In the mean time they will be producing and making excellent money, while using cash flow to pay for further development of the mines, or whatever else they decide at the time. That's what I'd be doing. I hope they are.
 
SO IN MY MIND THEY WILL use the gypsy swap money for further drilling. They can do that!!! They have that choice. Right!!!!  They don't have to use the 2 million to pay back liabilities all at once, right now. Are you crazy man!

This is my opinion only. Take it for what it's worth.
