RE:Concerns to consider

RE:Concerns to considerJuan, you are probably the most famous flipper on this bullboard, aren't you? Lol. I saw that all of the pumpers and dumpers claimed they were longs over the past years. But when the shares price went half cent higher, all of them sold and gone. The game repeated itself again and again. Unfortunately, many losers, who bought higher prices, paid lots of money to those pumpers and dumpers. Juan, you are the witness for this, aren't you? If you are a honest guy, you simply can't deny this. Therefore, if you like gambling, you could play ICO. But make sure never to buy high prices. Never believe what pumpers and dumpers say. Otherwise, you will make a big paycheque to those so-called longs who are actually those pumpers and dumpers. In addition, be careful not to be caught by the disasters like IMNP delisted, bad trial results, rollbacks and large share dumping, etc...Those disasters may likely happen at any moment, who knows?

I personally have the following major concerns to play ICO: (1) Immune Pharmaceuticals Inc. announced that on August 23, 2017, the Company received written notice from the Listing Qualifications Department of The NASDAQ Stock Market LLC that the Company no longer complies with the minimum stockholders' equity requirement under NASDAQ Listing Rule. (Please read the news at: https://web.tmxmoney.com/article.php?newsid=7560944190335575&qm_symbol=IMNP:US ). So, a big question is: will IMNP be delisted??? If IMNP is delisted, it could be a disaster for ICO share price? (2) ICOs cash becomes less and less. Definitely, ICO will run out of its money quickly. If ICO runs out of money, what will happen? Even assume that ICO could successfully refinance, there would a large dilutions. So what will happen on the share price? No doubt, the share price will drop. (3) The drug trials take long time to complete. In addition, nobody knows what will be the results of the trials. If the trial results are bad, then the company may go bankrupt! In this case, all shareholders' money goes zero. So we see the huge risk here. (4) The tax season is coming, there will more likely large share dumpings before the end of the year, which could drive the share price lower and lower So, should we invest on ICO now??? Definitely, it will be up to everybody to make their own decision. For me, the answer is NO. This is ONLY my opinion. Do your own DD and make your investment wisely.
