Quick Analysis of the Beyond The Press Interview (Sept 27)First of all, Sean makes it very clear that many deals are in the works, worldwide. The Aurora agreement is not only the first of its kind, but also the first of many similar partnerships to be created by various companies. We have already seen dealings with the 3 major Canadian LP's, so there is no doubt in my mind that we will be seeing more shortly. I can also forsee yet another Aurora deal similar to the
Aphria supply agreement we seen Septemeber 20th. They are all acknowledging the massive costumer base being created, with an average of roughly
500 new customers every
DAY. That would be 182,500 new customers per year.
He explains what he's been up to lately, and why investors are not hearing a whole lot for the the last little while. Make no mistake- Sean and his team have been busting their asses off all year to grow Namaste into what he has always envisioned it to be in full fruitation. We are witnessing the birth of an incredibly adaptive, versatile tech company with so much potential it isn't even remotely describable, in my opinion. Sean mentions their average rating changing from 9.7 to 9.8 on trustpilot, which is very impressive with the average being of such a large mass.
Sean mentions his partner of 3 years from the UK who has over 25 years experience with major warehouse outlets, starting with a 30,000 square foot warehouse shipping books for Amazon back in the day. Then goes on to say that Aurora will be provided new and exclusive vaporizers start the deal off "with a bang" for the holiday season that only Namaste and now Aurora will be selling, the warehouse Sean is speaking from, which will be up in 2 weeks time, is intended specifically for just that it seems.
He explains how Namaste will be comparitive to Amazon, but with even better customer service who actually bare the knowledge of the products being sold! Imagine that. They respect the MAP pricing so that is why they are granted exclusive deals continuously to them. Amazon may never end up selling marijuana through their websites, so I believe we have the market on lock down. Cannmart will be the key to unlocking Namste to becoming the Amazon of the marijuana space. With 2 LP's already being signed before the license is approved is just a sign of things to come. Emerald Health is mentioned about their pills. We could even enter an agreement with them just to simply have their products on the SKU list, ready to be delivered. The limits are boundless as far as I'm concerned, and with time we will see the most diverse variety of products in the space appear on Namaste's Canadian websites. Down the road we could see more sales licenses acquired in other countries. Acquiring a license in Australia would be a no brainer, in my opinion.
Obtaining a medical card to purchase marijuana will be so simple. If you haven't already, you can sign up
HERE. Sean explains why people will seek their marijuana medically over recreationally, and it truly is a no-brainer, since the convenience of e-commerce far outweighs having to enter a shop to make your purchases. Sure the thrill of being able to enter store fronts to buy weed will be there, but ultimately people will choose placing their orders online, because theyre lazy and would prefer to stay at home where they can easily open there phone to see the current available strains. More importantly the fact that it's 2017, where the brick and mortar businesses are mostly all failing at an astronomical rate. Toys R Us is next to go I believe.
Renovations to be made to their weed warehouse for acquiring their sales license begin this month. Sean is almost certain that their license will be granted by the end of this year, and with David Hyde's consulting team to provide assistance in the process, I believe he is correct! The vault holds up to 4 million dollars worth of inventory, but that is their cost. So as sales begin to accellerate, we will also see revenue rapidly climb, with very little operating costs. Almost like free revenue if you stop to think about it.
Sean says to be on the watch out for more partnerships with giant companies like Aurora, but they don't want to tackle too much too soon, so they're taking things one step at a time, which makes sense. Were well on track to reaching or even exceeding 20 million dollars in sales in 2018. Record breaking monthly sales figures even during the slower months of the year is a surefire sign that this behemoth is easily set to explode to positive gains this upcoming fiscal year. This week we should get the September numbers the CSE website for Namaste. My guess is anywhere from 1.49-1.55 Million, but I wouldnt be sursprised with they complete smash their last months record again.
