In seeking to track the performance of the S&P Oil & Gas Exploration & Production Select Industry Index, the fund employs a sampling strategy. It generally invests substantially all, but at least 80%, of its total assets in the securities comprising the index. The index represents the oil and gas exploration and production segment of the S&P Total Market Index (S&P TMI).

The only hope any investors have here is that Art announces a financing in October. And that it is not dillutive, as he said in the podcast. And he lays out a drilling program to show compliance with the deadline in the license. If Art doesn't have financing for Nigeria, I think this company has played its last card. No matter what people say on any board, now you have to decide if you think he can get that financing in place - as that should govern your sell or hold decision.
