RE:joint venture ideaPershing has processing facilities but seems light on identified resources. They will find more, however. Both very depressed stock prices and shareholders. Could be an interesting combination. Should be no premium paid, or it wouldn't be worth it. I could only guess which CEO our shareholders would favor.
