RE:TI02 conferenceRunning out of time to make a splash here. IMO this is the best chance the new Management team has had since taking over last summer.
If Engineering details are done, plant site is picked, samples are verified, PP is closed, financing is done, or ANY of the other laundry list of things they owe news on, now is the time to do it so that they are the buzz of the Ti02 conference. 

Otherwise as PTF mentioned - this is an expensive trip to Spain when we have little money in the bank and not much to show for at the moment.

Timing is everything, and now is most certainly the time.
