The Company has six active projects spanning approximately 580 square kilometers in the prolific Golden Triangle of northern British Columbia. The American Creek project is centered on the historic Mountain Boy silver mine. The project is road accessible and 20 kilometers (km) from the deep-water port of Stewart. Red Cliff is a past producing gold and copper mine in which the Company holds a 35% interest. The BA property is a silver-lead-zinc mineralization located approximately four km from the highway. MTB vs. DEC Insiders

MTB vs. DEC InsidersWith all due respect to the posters not named Rene, in my opinion having an insider rationalize his position in any Company is somewhat intrusive. I have an investment algorithm that has been successful when strictly applied and adhered to. MTB came on the radar when Mr. Bernard was buying on a regular basis months ago. The consistent purchases of a stock by an insider is one component of my algorithm. The rationale for these purchases is irrelevant to the algorithm. DEC did not have the same level of participation and, accordingly, it did not meet the criteria for me to invest so I did not accumulate DEC. I apply a 10 point scale. Unfortunately I cannot share with you the other 9 points or their differential weighting or else the obvious would happen and my algorithm will become useless. Another microcap that is interesting but one that I have yet to apply my algorithm to TNR Gold (TNR)... but that is another story... long MTB. Apply your own algorithms and conduct your due diligence. One last point... my algorithm does not give an indication when to sell, only when to buy. VS
