RE:RE:This is Gonna Boom Again (Over a Buck this TIME) :-)

RE:RE:This is Gonna Boom Again (Over a Buck this TIME) :-)I'm a shareholder but there are some red flags for me.

Company execs continue to buy shares on the open market leading up to the release of material news (yesterday's update was IMO material), but they were buying on Oct 2nd. Every little while one of them disposes of a bunch via change of ownership. Not sure what or why the impetus is there. Another insider got a bunch of shares recently at .10 via private acquisition. Again, not sure what that was about.

My conversation with management about this was pretty succinct. They feel they are free to trade and that the news they have been releasing, including quarterly financials, is "not material". We have agreed to disagree, but that's a red flag.

Despite the constant buying in dribs and drabs from two insiders the share price has literally done nothing for more than 3 months.

I also can't make heads or tails of what the value of all these new franchises are to the bottom line.

If they on the bg board I think their filing practices would be under greater scrutiny.

I'm basically flat on this one, and it's been a great quarter for me with many of my other holdings so I'm not crying the blues about my frustrations here. Just wondering if longer term this is a management team I want to support, or look for other investments.

Best to all,
El Joro
