Interesting thoughts Clarence, thanks for sharing your experience. I wonder how you reach your final conclusion however. The weakest link in cybersecurity is humans. Imagine you pay people $50K a year and they can and will make dumb mistakes. They leave admin/admin passwords and fall asleep on the job. Don't you think as a business owner, you'd rather take $50K and give it to a company that can provide the following? A surveillance system that's secured by state-of-the-art online infrastructure approved by DoD, configured and maintained with best practices by MIT-trained engineers, analyzed by the world's best video AI? With 24/7 notifications sent to your mobile app? I know I miss the past sometimes but I can appreciate the future when it knocks at my door.

I mean come on. As a business owner I say to Avigilon... Take my money!!! Just give me dividends later ok.
