PERFECT would have trippled in cost anyways

Now let all the communities and cities that would have had actual work smoke there pot and get high and go on welfare instead of actually working a perfect Liberal Solution.

Send the oil south were they will actually make money.

This would have cost tripple what the budget was anyways once every liberal across the country got there hand in now they can sun tan in the winter jobless and broke.
