The Company owns 91% of AMA, and 100% of Infused MFG LLC Infused.

RE:RE:Perhaps!Its Closed.. It was never actually open. They just let 'a large investor' give them 1 million for some 25c, 10% convertible depentures. I emailed Joe immediately because I wanted to get in on the PP. I have already posed the email below..
