I tried to tell'em Hammer, but they just wouldn't listen...everyones an expert, who needs to do the work??? Don't fall in love with your picks, especially when they have a history like CSK and their property...it's trading where it should, there is no "more" value until it is added in by spending some money..so far they have spent next to nothing on the property, so why would it go higher?!?!? Alot of BS came out too, recycled BS, as I have pointed out on MANY occassions...keep your blinders on.
