The uptick in volume and price is a source of some encouragement to be sure.  The question is the sustainability or does it drift downwards again?  Maybe this is a real rally and Torstar can attract some serious attention from investors.  We need to see more than a blip to start backing up the trucks.  No news to support this flash of buying.

Agree those who bought at higher prices should take the opportunity to average down.  The dividend is sustainable and investors thought buying more than 106,000 was a good idea.  At the same time the sellers on the other side have given up on Torstar as evidenced by the low volumes leading up to this spike.  Time will tell if this frustrating stock is going to finally pay off for those who have stayed the course.
