You mice need to read the book or at least look up the premise of the book.
A wise mouse moves on when the expected cheese is no longer there.
A mouse that starves is the one that keeps expecting that new cheese will be there to eat but it never does reappear.
CUV, EV, AAO is just a few stocks where I have seen the same mice starving for a long long time but don't have the smarts to look for a new place to get cheese.
