RE:RE:Too much garbage post hereYeah, how bout if you look at it this way,
You already found your nuggets and traces of gold (i.e. ACB) and you can see the gold vein is even bigger (i.e. from your due diligence) and then someone yells "guys there's gold in them hills" and show you a shinny nugget and then adds "them hills are better than yours", would you drop your own find and go to that hill? You don't even know how deep the gold vein is in there? So why would you not tell them to go away?
Everyone just needs to understand how their expansion is going vs ACB.
Ph1 (217,000 sq ft): finished in Nov 2017. (FULLY FUNDED)
Ph2 (150,000 sq ft): TO START in Q3 2017 (NOT YET FUNDED, please correct me if im wrong)
Ph3 (354,000 sq ft): TO START in Q3 2018 (NOT YET FUNDED, please correct me also if I'm wrong)
Ebersbach Facility: Why two tranches? why not one? beacuse the facility has only 150,000 sq.ft, the 250,000 sq feet expansion still has to be built say late 2017-early 2018. (fully funded streaming, means they don't pay 42.5m now but they pay it with whatever they produce, meaning it will eat into their revenue until it is paid)
Ph3 is about half of their production CAPACITY that can only be realised by sometime in 2019. By the time they start harvesting and packaging their products its mid to late 2019. That is 2 yrs away still with a lot of cash burn needed to set-up ph2 & ph3. Do you think all their revenue at the moment is enough to fully fund the next phases? they still have operating cost and sales cost to cover so another debenture is possible in the future. Do you think their shares are going to remain as is?
Ebersbach Facility - Do you know if they've starting growing in the facilty yet?
Aurora Sky (800,000) finished by late 2017/early-mid2018 (Majority of the works is, paid not sure if fully funded already). By mid-2017 this is already providing revenue for ACB. All of their acquisitions are already set. The seeds have been sown and when legalisation comes, everything is really to get sold. this is already too long a post. I'm tired
