ok I am finding this to be somewhat of a moot point as far as the patent is concerned it was granted and I don't see it as being otherwise. But given that people are still confused, I will put in a call and see what management says about this. Once I find out I will convey what I am told. I think this is silly for people to keep talking about but I will now have to take the step and put this to rest once and for all! By the filings it has been granted but I will now ask given we have people who keep raising doubts when it suits them and then talking sweet when it does too. Regardless, it doesn't take from me to go forth and get the info.
