With the PEA showing a payback of less than two years this will very likely be a mine. it looks like the metrics will only get better.
Another reason this is a major holding for me is because insiders own 30% of the shares.
Mazumdar did not seem to have a good background on Pine Point. Perhaps the zinc concentration will not be as high as when Comincho mined but the mill location and mine employee housing will not be an issue.
