RE:Saint Jean Carbon Closes Oversubscribed Private Placement

Impressive that SJL was able to raise over $500K at a 20% premium to market. Unimpressive was the pricing of the warrants. I'm not a big fan of SJL as they are guilty of gross misrepresentation, particularly the characterization of its relationships with universities.
