What a horrible waste of a potentially great company. 
This is what happens when the CEO is a putz and has little grasp of financials. 
He squandered tens of millions, likely hundreds of millions of future market cap if he had only waited. 
Cutting costs was not a difficult thing to do. Get EBITDA margins over 30% and pay down debt. 
This company would have flown. IF you look at Scientific games, it went from $8 to over $45 in less than a year. 
NYX with proper cost restraints could have been very profitable. It should have been a 5-10 bagger. 

A Real shame.........
