I would start by replacing some of the board members => they need to be more active and vocal.
However, the shareholders voted overwhelming ~99% or something very close to keep them all.
I posted at the beginning of the year about forming new leadership; I am 100% on board. They need a day-to-day active, inspiring, driving individual.
Over a year ago someone (Mr. Carson) stated very publically on TV and then on conference calls that their was a runwy of announcements...a fury of activity! Where?
I am still a fan, the company is doing a lot; but they need to do more to show results and communicate!
