Spectre888 posted this on HC and I think the maps are great!

Hi all,

Further to my original post I have put together a geological desktop study in order to explore the potential for significant gold bearing conglomerate on KAI’ tenements. In the attached file I have initially analysed the formation distribution and geology at Purdey's Reward (ARV-Novo) and Loudens Patch (DEG) in order to identify the characteristics of the geology in the areas where gold nuggets and gold bearing conglomerates have been confirmed.

Using this information as a basis I have then mapped the relevant formations and marked the conglomerate beds outcropping/ exposed on the surface on KAI’ tenements. It's important to note that the mapped and marked conglomerates only hint at what potentially lies below the basalt overburden as, on surface, we only get a glimpse of areas where the conglomerate outcrops/ is exposed. If these conglomerate beds are proven to be gold bearing, then there is potential for a significant discovery based on the likely areal footprint of the conglomerate below the basalt overburden.

Ultimately we will know of the extent of the conglomerates and their gold bearing potential once KAI' geologists report back from the field. Based on the time frame given for the investigative works we aren’t too far from hearing the first news.

All information presented has been sourced from past presentation and company announcements as well as from Geoscience Australia and from the Department of Mines, Industry Regulation and Safety (Government of Western Australia)

As always DYOR.
