RE:PP buyer

RE:PP buyer
More games, more lies, more BS.

"Doubleview Capital Corp. has fully subscribed its non-brokered private placement financing of 11.6 million units at a price of five cents per unit for gross proceeds of $580,000 by insiders and a strategic investor."

"Insiders:  Farshad Shirvani, 6.6 million; Parvaneh Shirvani, four million"

There was no stratiegic investor. It was all BS. Just like last fall, Farshad was unable to fill a PP so he took out a loan. This year to pay off that loan he and his family had to finance the company. When you can't raise money its because

1) You have no contacts to money
2) You can't do a sales pitch
3) YOUR PROJECT SUCKS!

The longer this goes the more it looks like #3. The rumours that have been started about a JV have been a simple ploy to get the price up so that some of Farshads family could liquidate some stock to pay for the financing. The net cost to Farshad was probably zero.

SMOKE AND MIRRORS!
