I wonder how many shares he would have to sell under $0.50 before you would find it to be of some concern?  He has sold 180,000 in October so far.

Aside from the equity, Hansen and relatives also hold $900k face value of the debentures.  Obviously he has substantially more at risk here than any of us.  But being "aligned with shareholders" doesn't change the fact that he and other insiders are selling substantial numbers of shares... and not at 52-week highs.

It's a red flag, simple as that.
