You obviously are not reading the valid posts. The stock can't go up right now because the company is doing a private placement at 10 cents. Buyers will not pay over ten when they can get the pp and attached warrants froom the company. PP is expected to close first week of november. Also, many of the sellers are the same ones buying the pp to get the free warrant. That is how it works on the venture exchange. Company will need news after the pp closes to take it to new level. To be fair the pp has been a dud as they first tried to raise 5 million and then reduced to 2 million and even at that amount it hasnt been easy to sell. Still, this is a ten cent punt on a company that is actually now making sell. Most Vcaps are binary plays on a drill result or new invention.
