Mingzhu; clearly TD is helping the company by buying up shares to ten cents to accelerate the closing of the pp. This will help bring people off the sidelines. They really need that money for the work they are doing on the 5 million backlog. They say the 6 million owed them for the sale of rooftop assets will be paid this qtr. Lets hope....otherwise they will be back at the trough again...
