RE:RE:two things: stock raise PP or white paper

White paper is not expected till next month, so it is not that. Private placement is the most likely but we are expecting the Feldman institute to go live. The Feldman news would likely have been announced before the mkt opening. PP's are usually during the day after they sign agreement with brokerage firm doing the deal. Good stocks are not derailed by PP's all the time. Look at Patriot one..it announced a 1.20 cent pp today and the stock is up..not down after it took a morning hit.
