The investment seeks to provide investment results that, before fees and expenses, correspond generally to the total return performance of an index derived from the oil and gas exploration and production segment of a U. In seeking to track the performance of the S&P Oil & Gas Exploration & Production Select Industry Index, the fund employs a sampling strategy. It generally invests substantially all, but at least 80%, of its total assets in the securities comprising the index. The index represents the oil and gas exploration and production segment of the S&P Total Market Index (S&P TMI).

Good40 posted multiple times that once we lost our carried interest in Liberia, we were going to zero. That didn't happen. Now Good40 has multiple posts saying we cannot get debt financing, or we won't pass due diligence, or it will be on awful terms. Basically expressing an opinion that contradicts the last public statement made by XOP and Art in the last podcast about the status of our debt financing.

I think the point for Bateman asking how many shares Good40 has is, you can't trust what Good40 posts. Either they are shorting or trolling to add to their position. Good40 tries to present an opinion as a fact. Good40's opinion has not been proven true to date.

So now we are all waiting to see if Art gets financing, what the terms are, and how the 250 million shares that will be unleased next week impact our price. Anybody trying to predict what will happen next and when it will happen is just expressing opinion.
