Why the stock price doesn't move

Why this stock cannot move!

Today is a perfect example of why this stock is mired at a cheap price.
At 9:30 this morning TD Securities sold at .20
At 11:20 the same TD Securities bought at .19
At 11:35 and 12:41 they bought and sold to themselves
in order to hold the price down and make a penny up and down
With 2-3 others they are playing with.
Stockhouse exchange doesn’t appear to watch, care, or supervise trades.
