RE:In Summary of recent Re-posts...
RE:In Summary of recent Re-posts... Always great to read your posts and your research and insights are bang on and well articulated. This post is another gem that sums it up. I agree wholeheartedly with the second paragraph below and I've been thinking about that a lot actually (glad you brought it up) -- the landscape for the LP's can and does change fast and they could be hit hard if there is any issues or delays in legalization due to a Conservation government, changes to NAFTA, pricing/provincial regulations or other factors. Tetra on the other hand has much more lucrative and revenue safe distribution channels. They may not be well known just yet but they will be and there's a very good chance IMO that Tetra's SP is going to put the LP's to shame in the coming years.

I'm an investor and long on Tetra so I may be bias to some, but I feel our recently built management team is very focused on cannabinoid based drug discovery, and what it takes to take this to a whole new level. The science has proven that cannabis can cure and provide medical solutions to decade long problems. Pain management is where I want my money...
Personally I feel more comfortable invested in an company that will have an eventual solution to the awful opioid crisis vs. being leveraged into an LP that will see the price of their commodity and that is what cannabis is, if you look at it any other way when talking about an LP you're overlooking things. The price per gram of cannabis will tank once everyone is built out to supply Canada with recreational cannabis. There won't be this $12, $15 a gram from these LPs once everyone has built out their millions of sq.ft. of greenhouse space. Sure there are some international export potential for some of these companies and you see the international partnering going on with the big LPs. Let them posture for their market share, but for whatever reason if we are delayed in legalization that side of things will take a major hit. Picture a delay for whatever reason, maybe Trump even suggests you delay we will concede in this are of NAFTA, you just never know. The Liberals are likely to fail on re-election and then what happens? Do the Conservatives squash the legalization bill? Or change the lanscape to where LPs take the hit on their SP? That would be a blood bath however you look at it.
On the flip side you can invest in a gem called Tetra Bio Pharma that has multiple items in their pipeline moving towards multiple DIN#'s. Personally I'm big on PPP001 and PPP002, but I have this feeling that this international distribution partner for our OTC line is going to lead to bigger and better things. Developing a drug with insurance coverage doesn't happen overnight. These clinicals are huge for a company like Tetra. Think what kind of exposure Tetra will see upon sales that I feel will grow 10 fold. Medicinal patients will see Tetra's products on the Aphria site, that in itself is great exposure. Sure it's not international distribution type exposure, but it's validation. If Aphria sells out the intial round of products and customers return for re-purchases, you'll see Tetra's sales figures really spike and with that type of action on a very junior stock like Tetra. We go from a drug discovery company to one with sales growth in the millions, we will see 0.65 to 1.30 in no time at all.
As you all know I've said before I expected $1 share price by end of October. While that seems like a stretch at the moment, what we are invested in here is a stock setting up for a pop in shareprice. When the news gets real and we see some trade halts, there will be a pile of people with cash jumping in on Tetra. Profits have been taken in the recent LP runnup, and smart investors have Tetra marked on their potential list. Our day will come, stay patient, and stay long.
