It has a 1% net smelter royalty covering 78 hectares of land positioned in a former silver mining district, located south of the Eldorado mining district at Great Bear Lake.

thanks for sharing this link - some great information.  IMO that the most important recent story is the CRU / LME considering indexing cobalt Sulphate.  This would be a significant game changer in the industry that would be a huge benefit for a company like FT.
