Can someone confirm/clarify this for me and also, am I the only one that finds it strange that MMJ shares would sell so much cheaper then Harvest One?

Never heard of Sol Growth. Look at the market caps Mmj has a $60mil market cap and owns 60% of HVST. HVST at $70mil market cap x 0.6 means $42mil of Mmj's market cap is HVST shares. They have over 200mil shares thus their SP is lower.
