SHARC Energy Systems SHRC

Primary Symbol: C.SHRC Alternate Symbol(s):  INTWF

SHARC International Systems Inc. is engaged in energy recovery from the wastewater the Company send down the drain every day. Its energy's systems recycle thermal energy from wastewater, generating energy and economical systems for heating, cooling & hot water production for commercial, residential, and industrial buildings. Its products include SHARC Series and PIRANHA Series. The SHARC Series taps the potential of wastewater energy to reduce energy and water consumption, carbon emissions and energy costs at large, industrial scales. The SHARC utilizes the power of wastewater for both heating and cooling for the large capacity requirements of multi-family residential, commercial and energy districts. The PIRANHA Wastewater Heat Recovery & Cooling System is a specialized water-to-water heat pump that recovers energy directly from wastewater and uses this source energy to produce hot water. PIRANHA Series is typically used for potable domestic hot water (DHW) purposes.

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:DropYes, STOCKMAN70. Every week that goes by without one makes me wonder. While, we wait looking at his profile to determine if there is a pattern of some kind.

Looks like many of the companies he was involved with have became private entities.
Does anyone here knows more details about the connections here?

He has been in the industry for a while and I think this might be his last play. and I'm hoping that he wants to leave a strong legacy behind.

Also, for SHRC to have gotten the Scottish Contract and the District of Columbia Water & Sewer Authority (“DC Water”)  there has to have been some test and results that indicate some efficiency in the product.  These are large contracts so I assume some due dilligence on their part in the RFP process. We shall see but I'd really like to see a corporate update from them soon too.

They really need to get an update out very soon - the stock performance (which management effectiveness is measured by - unfortunately Lynn keeps taking his $1m salary no matter how poorly the stock price performs and also they keep repricing the options downward - which is essentially rewarding themselves for poor performance) has been terrible.

Hopefully they have the approvals in place for the RENEW deals by now and can start making sales in silicon valley as well as additonal deals.  Hard to know if the technology works as well as they say it does at this point which is a problem for the stock and sales going forward.  Assuming they can get to cash flow positive by the end of this year as Lynn said then it should be bottoming out here.

Not fun to watch this stock go from the equivalent of 1.70 to .35c in a year.
