Excellent interview. Just outside thoughts. Liked how Allen was relaxed and straight forward. Seems like the spin out is more of a marketing play to get fox tek out from under marcon and AAOs shadow to get interest. The valuation and shares are more of a choosen number(their valuation), however I think the way Allen is casual with it seems to me they know more and are looking past this spin out. He really pushed the Dmat software where I think this is headed possibly into other sectors. Interesting in the testing. Big fish to come. Bold thought, this might not even get to a court date before another big event. IMO The players in the spin out will tell the most. IMO
