It also maintains a few other ancillary services and investments outside its U.S. dialysis, U.S. IKC, or international operations.

Their finally reducing debt and should be cash pisitive soon. Perhaps this quarter. Unheard of for a small pharma play. Watch for someone to make a play for this outfit. I suggest a takeout price of 2 dollars. They won't offer that up front but once the dust settles I see something in that range. Thoughts?
