RE:RE:RE:RE:Alumina Partners draw-down equity; Prosnack closing extended44% fully diluted, with the warrents. Based on todays closing price. But only a 22% control stake. Of course as the price increases, the situation improves. Unless they push it back down to 14 cents where they did the first trench. Pretty ironic there.

I'm sure I messed up the quick math here, pretty dam confusing read.
