** 78.7 M total shares issued on 13-10-2017

  +13.6 M the new shares issued with the PP on 13-10-2017

** 92.3 M New total shares issued = 100%

  - 21.0 M (Steve Marshall = 22.75%)

  - 13.6 M (New Investor with the PP = 14.73%)

-------------

** 57.7 M (Other shareholders = 62.5%)
