Usually I act on my own tips, but lately I haven't and has cost me lots of $$.
I told family to buy NVO at $ 4.50 so they did...I don't then I watch it go to $ 8.70.
PVG was a miss and I should have gotten in as I wrote in another post. Total oversight. Great mine and story unfolding.
I will also NOT directly invest in NVO at these high levels, and I bought KL Thursday after Q3 again to get back in and will be exposed thru NVO there - safer & more conservative. I will buy more this week to have a larger position.
I also like McEwen after its steal of Primero's Black Fox Mine (Ontario) they got for $ 35 M due to Primero's issues. Primero paid near $ 300 M when acquiring Brigus in 2014. I also like Semafo for its Boungou mine coming online next year. Semafo I'd say is a top African takeover play, and they have great management (which has been accumulating shares lately).
Right now I own KL, KLDX (biggest position), MUX, SMF.
