after rereading the article the plan is for 5 electrical connections.

poking around i see that Kinross's Maricunga project had a 110kv line brought to thier site

zoom earth shows it's proximity to the 3Q's

zoom in and out close up is the station next to the back-up gensets appears to be about 40km away.
Maricunga had thier water rights suspended so the power is just sitting thier for now pending the water rights claims.
