Asked myself the same question. My thoughts....low volume. Many long term investors. Not heavily promoted by institutions just yet. Majority shareholders that are in control are building this project. They will define resource....lots of resource. They are billionere investors with expert management and plenty of financial backing. Not in a hurry to sell shares. Interested in churning Metanor into a gigantic profit generator. It takes a long time. That's why we call ourselves longs. Can you imagine 5 or 10 mines in the area feeding a monster mill. Now imagine the profit to be gleaned. Why would you sell. Sure it's years in the making. Question is are you in or out.
