CMED time line to sell Capsules?

Does anyone reading this work at Health Canada? Could someone please answer this question: How long will it take Health Canada to issue a License to Sell once they grant a License to produce?
And is CMED the only company in Canada with a License to produce Capsules granted by Health Canada?

CanniMed Therapeutics Inc. (TSX: CMED) (“CanniMed”) has initiated production of CanniMed® Capsules, following the receipt of the Production License granted by Health Canada.
